I have just received another invitation to the Kangaroo Court at Wentworth. How could I thought emigrating from Russia 14 years ago that I will become the "political prisoner" in the UK at Wentworth Club at the mercy of its CEO, who was trying to evict all Club Members?
Thank you all for your support, all our "Club elected officials" are still looking for the right words in my support publicly.
Maybe you can try to help me, after I was trying to help all of us?
We've been there. Unfortunately, you still have to learn.
Respectfully, yours.

Update April 15, 2016.
I am still waiting for Wentworth Club CEO to spell out all my accusations, so that I can address them properly. Instead, I have just received another invitation to the Kangaroo Court. How could I thought emigrating from Russia 14 years ago that I will become the "political prisoner" in the UK at Wentworth Club at the mercy of its CEO, who was trying to evict all Club Members?
Unfortunately, even after WC EGM held last week and resolution unanimously supporting myself and demanding to stop all legal and disciplinary threats by WC towards democratically elected Tennis Captain - WC CEO is not dropping those insinuations. My only "crime" is that I was fighting for you and our Wentworth Club - British Heritage with almost 100 years of history.
Wentworth Club Tennis Captain Resolution was voted unanimously:
“RESOLVED,
That the Members request that the Wentworth Club abandon all efforts to chastise, discipline, or otherwise muzzle Mr Kirill Klip, the democratically elected Tennis and Health captain 2016.”
In the words of all WC Golf members I have met this week after EGM: “It is totally outrages and they all support me as well as Tennis members”!
I have received this morning another invitation to disciplinary hearing on 1st of April without addressing my questions about all necessary information to make it a fair hearing.
I am totally shocked by this bullying tactic organised in the UK against democratically elected Tennis Captain at Wentworth Club who is expressing the views of thousands of WC members. I am surprised of WC CEO continuing refusal to spell out the allegations made against me and to allow my lawyer and, if appropriate, witnesses to attend.
I am not able to attend any hearing without full disclosure, in writing, of the allegations being made against me (including who has made those allegations) and a reasonable opportunity to investigate them.
I insist on having a lawyer to attend, which I believe I am entitled to given that this is a disciplinary hearing, as well as many club members as I choose to bring with me (given that WC CEO says this is a club matter) and if appropriate, witnesses of my choosing (once I have been told the allegations being made against me and who is making them).
I demand that all legal and disciplinary threats by WC CEO against democratically elected Tennis Captain will be withdrawn immediately.
Thank you ALL for you continued support, please share it with all your networks.
Kind regards,
Kirill Klip.
Wentworth Club Tennis Captain WERC and WRA ExCom Member Wentworth Heritage Group
Despite prolonged attempts at finding a solution so that existing members can remain at the club, Reignwood remain intransigent. This has resulted in the resignation of many long standing and devoted members. The Club is being sucked dry of its heritage.
Of the three memberships: Golf, Tennis & Health and Social, Golf membership is the most expensive and some golfers may be natural targets for Reignwood’s debenture. However, Wentworth has developed into a country club and Tennis & Health is actually the largest membership category, but pay less. Additionally, the social members comprise many long standing and loyal members who rely on the club as their social hub. We owe a duty to all members that they shouldn’t be abandoned.
You may well have seen the various press articles over the weekend highlighting the issues we face. The response by the Club was in the form of an article by Mr. Ni that we feel totally misrepresents the views of the vast majority of Wentworth club members. The articles are available at this link:
WHG recently carried out a survey of Wentworth members. The concept of a debenture was rejected by 97% of respondents and Tennis & Heath members were only willing to accept a fee increase of up to 10% for the promised improvements to the facilities. Tennis and Health membership fees are in line with expectations and there is no realistic prospect of this membership category participating in a debenture. The WHG is therefore taking a tough line with management defending this group’s interests. The belief is that if members reject the debenture, Reignwood will have no choice but to back down.
In the last week our Tennis and Health Captain, Kirill Klip, has been summoned, by Club management, to a disciplinary hearing for representing the views of the majority of members, as demonstrated loudly and clearly in our survey. A further survey, the results of which are available on the link below, clearly set out that members support Kirill and actually believe it is Reignwood that has brought the club into disrepute. Unfortunately, the legal and disciplinary threats have not yet been withdrawn by the Club.
We would like to thank you for this fantastic show of support for Kirill and ask that any further written support is forwarded to the following email address:

Please put SUPPORT KIRILL in the title of your email. Your response will automatically be forwarded to Club management.
We are now able to confirm that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Wentworth Club members will be held in the WC Ballroom on Tuesday 22nd March at 8pm. The purpose of the meeting will be to communicate the progress being made in the challenges to the Club’s proposals, and to ask the membership to vote on a series of motions that will shape our on-going strategy. Please attend in person with your family. We need as many members as possible to be there to express their views and send the strongest possible message to Club management.
To help us gauge the number likely to attend the EGM please respond to this email at the following email address:
EGM@e-business.com
Please put ATTEND EGM in the title of your email and specify the number of family members who will attend in the body of the email.
We will provide further updates about the EGM as soon as we have them.
OBJECT TO THE WENTWORTH CLUB HOTEL DEVELOPMENT TODAY!
FELLOW RESIDENTS!
ARE YOU AWARE THAT….
The present owners of Wentworth Golf Club have submitted a
planning application RU.14/0869 for the erection of a Hotel to provide 56
additional guestrooms, four conference rooms, roof garden, together with
associated plant? It is displayed on the Runnymede Planning website under the
planning application in a document named; ”Statement of Community
Involvement”.In it the Club claims that
they have informed and discussed this Hotel development with the residents
before submitting their application. This is clearly not the case as the residents report they have not been
informed. The Club has been very remiss as the construction of this hotel will hugely
impact on us. Whether you agree with a hotel development or not, we should be consulted on such a major
change to the character of the Estate. We understand, and the Club has failed to deny
that they have marketed to potential new owners that they could build the Hotel
and possibly redevelop the current Executive Course with housing, further
increasing the density of houses on the Estate and change the character of the
Estate forever.
DO
YOU BELIEVE YOU SHOULD HAVE A SAY IN WHAT HAPPENS ON THE ESTATE?
Previous owners of Wentworth Club have attempted further development
on this green belt land and have historically been blocked by the residents. The
current Wentworth Residents Association (WRA) have failed in their duty to
inform and seek the views of the residents. Mr. Julian Small, the CEO of the
Club, is on the committee of the WRA and if he or the committee had any regard
for the residents, the perfect forum of communication is through the WRA. Currently
we have no voice in what happens to our Estate. We feel strongly that we have
been badly let down and have been by both the WRA and the WREC and we are being
ignored by the Club. We must have a say in what happens on our Estate and we
would ask you to join the WRA and vote to ensure you are properly represented.
We urge you to object to this application today and force the Club
to withdraw the application and begin consultations with the residents as they
should have done in the first instance.
Note that only after a Petition was signed by many residents
requesting an Emergency Special General Meeting did the WRA today schedule a
meeting to take place on Thursday 14 August at 7 PM at the Wentworth Club. Please attend this meeting and if you cannot
attend then please consider signing the enclosed proxy allowing someoneof your choice to vote for you at the
meeting.
Act today! Submit
your Objection to Runnymede.Attend the

OBJECT TO THE WENTWORTH CLUB HOTEL DEVELOPMENT TODAY!
Please raise your objection to the Wentworth Club Hotel Development today!
This development will change our Wentworth Estate forever, will ruin the landscape, bring more traffic, pollution and put additional strain on the Estate infrastructure.
It is understood that The Commercial Hotel is only the first part of the multi-staged development plan on The Green Belt.
Next stages include plans for The Residential Development instead of Executive Golf Course and increased density of the houses on the Golf Courses of the Estate.
"I have been informed that comments can still be submitted up until the review starts and these will be considered.
I have also noticed that some of the 10 comments received so far are identical. Please be aware that identical comments are normally rejected. If you use somebody else’s comment as a guide you must change it albeit slightly.”
